REACT Forms for the City of Victor
Forms for the city of Victor were created using React Form Hooks and NextJS. They were intended to replace the fillable PDF's that were previously used by the city. The forms include file uploads, a digital signature, and dynamically added fields. The forms are styles with Chakra ui.
